Hi Cory, I really liked the articles you decided to write your opportunities on! Although, I am having difficulty seeing the opportunity in the second article on Publix ground beef. I especially like the final article you discussed regarding barriers for Gainesville businesses. Skilled trades jobs across the country are currently meeting barriers employment barriers because students in college see themselves as too good for the jobs whereas other citizens do not have the skill set or the training opportunities. I would really like to see how you would move forward with this opportunity!
