17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

Reflection:

I agreed with all the comments/feedback I received.
However, its is ironic that one of the recommended elevator pitch videos was more than 90 seconds  (closer to 120 seconds) and that we have to stick to that rule hahaha , but I guess its fine even it is goes close to 2 minutes.

I tried to shorten my experiences in my pitch as well as leave room for intrepretion for my numerical benefits/savings my service can bring as it is not definite and I wouldn't want to be quoted to be giving false promises so I reworded my sentences better.
I had a comment that I had no hook ,but think I had a good hook stating that I had a long term scholarship with the technological ministry of the government in Singapore, which I hope can support my startup in the future and would wish to work with them as well.

I didn't manage to cut down a lot of time but I think if I were to sell my product through a video posted online, I would state my experiences like I did ,to gain credibility. But if I were to give my pitch in person to someone , I would cut out the experiences and share these experiences during our discussion if we do get to that stage after my short pitch.

  1. Hey Cory,
I felt like your pitch was very professional and much more concise even if the time was still a bit over. I also felt like you were knowledgeable on the specifics surrounding your service. All of the issues, solutions and values available to potential customers were laid out very clearly. Your suit also increased the professionalism of the video. Overall a great pitch.
